MISSISSAUGA – The Toronto Argonauts have announced the release of veteran WR Ken-Yon Rambo. The 34-year-old signed with the Boatmen as a free agent on August 21, 2012. Rambo recorded ten receptions and 124 yards in five regular season games for the Argonauts’.

The eight-year CFL veteran has eclipsed the 1,000-yard receiving plateau on two occasions. Rambo had spent seven seasons as a member of the Calgary Stampeders prior to 2012. In 2008 with Calgary, Rambo set career-highs in receptions (100) and receiving yardage (1,473).

This move comes as a result of a clustered receiving core that also added NCAA standout Darvin Adams to the fold just one week ago.
